Shipping to you

How we ship to you:

  • We ship with USPS or UPS with tracking confirmation. We will email you the tracking information so you know when to expect your package.

  • Free standard shipping for try on orders, up to 4 dresses. Rates for express shipping (2 day or overnight) or shipping to AK or HI will be more and may add additional charges to your reservation.

  • Dresses cannot arrive on Sundays so please choose a different start date.

  • Please double-check your shipping address so that we get your order to the right place at the right time. We can ship to your work or studio if preferred.

  • We can also do overnight shipping if you need a dress ASAP. Please contact us for pricing and dress availability.

  • Do not refuse a package to avoid return shipping fees. The package may not be tracked and if lost, you will be responsible for the entire contents of the package, plus any late fees for the dress not being returned on time.

Please note the following US Federal holidays when delivery may not be available and earlier/later shipping may be necessary:

Please allow extra time when ordering dresses around holidays.

We cannot be held responsible for what happens to the package once it is tendered to the shipper. We ship according to the timetable provided by the shipping service and expect them to deliver on time, but there is no guaranteed shipping service.

There also may be dates when we are closed and shipping cannot occur.  We will post these dates in advance, when known, and ship early if necessary.  

We reserve the right to not ship dresses to any person that does not comply with the dress rental contract or commits, or attempts to commit, any type of fraud or misrepresentation.

Returning a dress more than 3 days late will result in being suspended from future rentals.

Returns to Us

How you ship back to us:

Please ship all dresses back via ground shipping from USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Instructions are included in the shipment.

You can use PayPal Ship Now or PirateShip for USPS /UPS shipping at a significant discount (about half price for UPS) compared to the retail store rate.

Return shipping is not included in the shipping charge. 

  • You are responsible for returning the item at your own expense by the expected return ship date.

  • Please note that you are liable for any late fees incurred, regardless of any third party involved with the return. Do not leave your rentals with any third party (hotel, mail room, friend) for return.

  • Tracking must show the package accepted/picked up in the system by the end date of the rental (return ship date) to avoid incurring late fees. Late fees will automatically be charged to your credit card/PayPal account.

  • You can visit a retail shipping location convenient to you or use online shipping tools to purchase and print a shipping label. You can drop the package at the nearest drop-off retail location.

  • UPS is preferred for return shipping and a signature is not needed.

  • Insurance is encouraged to protect you from loss during shipping. Damage does happen!

  • We generally ship in boxes that can be reused for return shipping, but they may become damaged during shipping and unusable. We encourage recycling boxes when possible!

  • Please return ship your dresses on time! We take pride in meeting and exceeding the expectations of all of our customers by providing an exceptional experience that begins with on-time delivery. When a dress or accessory is not returned to us on time by a customer, or is lost, damaged, or stolen, it impacts our ability to deliver on our promises to other customers and it harms our business.

  • There is only one of each dress and it is not replaceable, so we cannot purchase additional dresses to fulfill orders due to late returns. We rely on our customers to return our dresses on time so that we can ensure other customers will have their dresses for their events. Thus, we charge a late fee of $50 per day for each dress returned late, as stated in the Rental Contract. This is strictly enforced. Late returns may result in the loss of the ability to continue to rent dresses from us.
