Shipping to you
How we ship to you:
We ship USPS Priority Mail with tracking confirmation, unless other arrangements are made. We will email you the USPS tracking information so you know when to expect your package.
Flat rate shipping of $20 per order, up to 3 dresses. This charge is billed with your rental charges and must be paid in advance.
Please double check your shipping address so that we get your order to the right place at the right time. We can ship to your work or studio if preferred.
We can also do expedited/overnight shipping if you need a dress ASAP. Please contact us for pricing and availability.
Do not refuse a package to avoid return shipping fees. The package may not be tracked and if lost, you will be responsible for the entire contents of the package, plus any late fees for the dress not being returned on time.
Please note the following US Federal holidays when delivery cannot occur and earlier/later shipping may be necessary:

New Year's Day
Please allow extra time when ordering dresses around holidays, particularly between Thanksgiving and New Year's Day.
There also may be dates when we are closed and shipping cannot occur. We will post these dates in advance, when known, and ship early if necessary.
We reserve the right to not ship dresses to any person that does not comply with the dress rental contract or commits, or attempts to commit, any type of fraud or misrepresentation.
Returns to Us
How you ship back to us:
Please ship all dresses back via USPS 2-day Priority Mail or 2-day shipping from UPS or FEDEX.
Return shipping is not included in shipping charge.
You are responsible for returning the item at your own expense by the expected return ship date.
Please note that you are liable for any late fees incurred, regardless of any third party involved with the return. Do not leave your rentals with any third party (hotel, mail room, friend) for return.
Shipping via 2-day shipping is required to avoid late fees. Shipping via ground, first class, etc will result in late fees being charged according to how many days after the 2 day return date the package is received.
Tracking must show the package accepted/picked-up in the system by the end date of the rental (return ship date) to avoid incurring late fees. Late fees will automatically be deducted from the security deposit.
You can visit a retail shipping location convenient to you or use online shipping tools such as USPS, Fedex, or UPS to purchase and print a shipping label. Then, you can drop the package at the nearest drop off location. You can also use PayPal Ship Now for UPS/USPS if you have a PayPal account.
Insurance is encouraged to protect you from loss during shipping.
We generally ship in boxes that can be reused for return shipping, but they may become damaged during shipping and unusable. Please visit USPS, UPS, or Fedex for a replacement box or use your own.
Please return ship your dresses on time! We take pride in meeting and exceeding the expectations of all of our customers by providing an exceptional experience that begins with an on-time delivery. When a dress or accessory is not returned to us on time by a customer, or is lost, damaged, or stolen, it impacts our ability to deliver on our promises to other customers and it harms our business.
There is only one of each dress and it is not replaceable, so we cannot purchase additional dresses to fulfill orders due to late returns. We rely on our customers to return our dresses on time so that we can ensure other customers will have their dresses for their events. Thus, we charge a late fee of $50 per day for each dress returned late, as stated in the Rental Contract.
